  24. I have recently inherited maintenance of an old DG MV15000 running
  25. AOS-VS 7.64 , and of course, the first thing I want to do to it in order
  26. to be able to manage it is to get kermit running in server mode on it so
  27. I can transfer files to a system with a decent editor etc.

  29. I managed to download the kermit for AOS-VS from the columbia site, but
  30. the only tool I have to get onto the DG is a CEO-BLAST program. The
  31. latter did transfer the .PR file, but created it as a UDF type which the
  32. DG won't allow me to execute.

  34. Any hints on how to make that file look like an executable ?

  36. Also, the kermit doc said that it was compiled for 7.69. Anyone know if
  37. it would work on 7.64 ? That machine does have a c compiler.
